Basil Aioli

Basil Aioli
Ingredients :
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 eggs
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup Lemon Fused Olive Oil
1/2 cup Basil Infused Olive Oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
Place the garlic (finely chopped), egg yolks, and dijon into a blender on low, add the lemon juice. In a slow stream, add in the olive oils blending until fully incorporated. This will thicken as it is blended so add a bit of water as needed. Salt to taste. Stir in the basil.
