Red Velvet Cake Pops infused with Pomegranate balsamic vinegar

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp red food coloring
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp First Taste Pomegranate balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda

Candy Melt Blood Orange Glaze:
1 pkg white candy melts
1 Tbsp First Taste Blood Orange Fused olive oil

Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa and salt in small bowl. In mixer, beat butter till creamy, then add sugar and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and blend till combined.
In separate bowl, whisk the red food coloring with buttermil,. Alternate flour mixture and buttermilk mixture into butter mixture until combined. Combine the Pomegranate balsamic vinegar and baking soda in small bowl and allow to fizz, then fold into cake batter. Bake.

Candy Melt Blood Orange Glaze:
In small bowl pur 3/4 pkg of white candy melts and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Then pour in the remaining 1/4 of white candy melts and 1 Tbsp blood Orange Fused oil and stire till combined.
