Green Salsa Verde

Green Salsa Verde
Ingredients :
1/2 pound tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp Organic Baklouti Green Chili Pepper Fused Oil (available seasonally in store only ~ can substitute using the Cilantro and Roasted Onion Oil and green chilies)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the tomatillos for 5 minutes, drain, and place in a food processor. Puree until smooth. In a medium bowl, combine the puree with the remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
